Shrimps in Russian dressing with curry

A clever and easy recipe for a starter that always makes an impression! Enjoy it with your friends!
Ingredients:
- 1kg/35oz/2.2lb shrimps
For the sauce
- 200ml (4/5 cup) mayonnaise
- 125ml (1/2 cup) ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation:
Boil the shrimps in salted water for 10-15 minutes. The longer you boil them the harder they will get. Remove them from heat when ready, and place them in a plate.
In a large bowl, prepare the russian dressing, by adding all the ingredients together. Stir very well.
Serve the shrimps, along with the sauce for dipping . Enjoy!
Tips:
You can use mustard powder instead of curry powder.
